Presidential Decree No. 68 on the list of permits not required to be obtained for carrying out relevant works in the areas of activity of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency.

This Decree lays down rules on the relevant works in the areas of activity of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency which do not require permits. The list includes: (i) the removal of greenery that falls under the objects during the cleaning, repair, restoration and reconstruction of irrigation and collector-drainage networks, finished in their course, berm and dam, as well as during melioration and irrigation measures carried out on lands allocated for state needs, and (ii) allowing the movement of large and heavy vehicles on public roads to prevent the harmful effects of water and to eliminate its consequences during emergency situations.
