Presidential Decree No. 701 on the approval of the Charter of the Department of Agricultural Services under the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Ministerial Decree lays down rules for the establishment and duties of the Department of Agricultural Services under the Ministry of Agriculture. The Department of Agricultural Services carries out activities in the fields of animal and plant health, plant varieties, seed production, vehicles which are listed by the Cabinet of Ministers, public services related to other agricultural machinery, and state control over plant varieties, seed production and agricultural machinery. The Department of Agricultural Services performs its duties in interaction with all relevant stakeholders, including the state and local self-government bodies, international and non-governmental organizations, as well as legal entities and citizens.
