Presidential Decree No. 713 on the approval of the Regulation for providing state support to domestic market research in order to stimulate competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Regulation determines the procedure, form and conditions for providing state support to domestic market research in order to stimulate competitive production of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The main objectives of this Regulation are to stimulate the competitive production of SMEs by providing them with financial and information support in studying the current state of the domestic market, increasing production in the private sector, and achieving the creation of new enterprises and facilities that produce competitive products. The organization of support and support payments shall be carried out by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of Azerbaijan.
