Presidential Decree No. 713 on rules for licensing.

This Decree sets out provisions on the duties and responsibilities of the state agencies authorized for issuing licenses, principles and procedures of licensing and license revocation and state control over licensing. This Decree specifies the types of activity requiring a license and underlines that license is issued separately for each type of activity. These specified types of activities includes utilization and neutralization of toxic industrial waste, storage of hazardous wastes, transportation of hazardous goods, installation and exploitation of liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas, private veterinary services, sale of veterinary drugs and import of pesticides and agrochemicals.
