Abstract
The President decrees to establish the State Maritime Agency and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. The State Maritime Agency is the executive body implementing state policy and regulation in the field of maritime transport and responsible for supervision of port in Azerbaijan and flag control in relation to vessels navigating under State's flag, registration of vessels (except small-sized vessels) navigating under State's flag, and the organization of navigation regime of vessels in Azerbaijan and supervision over compliance with this regime.
