Abstract
The purpose of these Rules is to ensure more flexible and transparent implementation of customs clearance and development of official-entrepreneur relations based on modern management principles, including the preliminary determination of the level of potential threats based on the results of risk assessment, using the capabilities of an automated electronic information system, and further optimization of the application of customs control forms in import-export procedures. These Rules introduce green, blue, yellow and red corridors in the customs border. Yellow corridor is considered for goods which need a special licence for the importation. Goods which are submitted to the yellow corridor shall be examined for compliance of veterinary, phytosanitary, hygienic and other certificates and the documents confirming the safety of food and feed products.
