Abstract
This Decree states that large-scale projects shall be put into effect to improve irrigation efficiency in arable lands and to meet the need for safe drinking water of population. By carrying out this project, the supply of irrigation water will be improved in 200.000 hectares of arable land and 50.000 hectares of land will be rehabilitated. The aim of the project is to drill new artesian wells to meet the needs. The list of planned artesian wells and the districts in which wells will be drilled is attached to this Decree.
