Presidential Decree regarding enactment of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on water economy of municipalities.

The President of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of enactment of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Water Economy of Municipalities, decrees to identify that: 1) The President of the Azerbaijan Republic implements the function of “the relative executive bodies” stipulated in the article 3.1 of the aforesaid Law; 2)The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic implements the function of “the relative executive body” stipulated in the article 5 of the aforesaid Law; 3) The local executive bodies implement the function of “the relative executive bodies” stipulated in the articles 12.1 and 12.2 of the aforesaid Law; 4) The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic implements the function of “the relative executive body” stipulated in the article 15 of the aforesaid Law; 5) The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall censure the transfer of the local significant state owned water structures located on the municipal land to the municipal property.
