Presidential Order No. 1320 on the establishment of the State Commission for the Prevention of Avian Influenza and the coordination of joint activities of all agencies in this field.

The President decrees to establish a State Commission to prevent avian influenza in Azerbaijan and to coordinate the joint activities of all relevant agencies in this field. This Presidential Order sets forth provisions on the composition, management and duties of the State Commission. The duties of the Commission include the development of emergency plans, provision of daily information available to the public, and financing the prevention activities.
