Resolution No. 18 of the Board of the Food Safety Agency on approving the Regulation of the Procurement Department of the Office of the Food Safety Agency.

The Procurement Department of the Agency shall carry out activities in the following areas but not limited to: (i) providing the Agency and its structural and regional units with the required quality and quantity of the subject of procurement; (ii) implementing organizational and methodological guidance and coordination work for the activities of the Agency and its structural and regional units on issues of rational use of material resources; (iii) improving the methods of organizing work in the field of procurement, as well as making proposals on the application of modern information technologies; (iv) participating in ensuring the development of food safety and in the formation of a unified state policy in the field of food safety; and (v) operating in other areas determined by legislation.
