Abstract
The International Relations and Protocol Department under the Food Safety Agency shall carry out activities in the following areas but not limited to: (i) proposals on the implementation of cooperation between the Agency and foreign states and international organizations and on determining the main directions; (ii) taking measures to protect the interests and rights of the Agency in the field of international relations; (iii) representation in working groups and project management groups established for implemented international projects, organization, coordination, management and implementation control of international projects, joint projects, as well as technical assistance programs entrusted to the Agency; (iv) organizing the establishment and development of relations with donor organizations; (v) preparing draft international documents (agreement, memorandum of understanding, protocol of intent, contract); (vi) participating in events organized by international organizations in order to protect and ensure the interests of the country; (vii) organizing organizational and protocol issues in the Agency; (viii) participating in ensuring the development of the food safety sector and in the formation of a unified state policy in the field of food safety; and (ix) operating in other areas determined by legislation.
