Abstract
This Resolution of the Ministry of Health defines the requirements for compliance with the standards specified, in order to ensure food safety. This Resolution states that these sanitary rules shall be applied to real and legal persons in food business and also to the state sanitary and epidemiological service. It is also stated that, hygienic requirements for materials in contact with food products shall be based on the sanitary-epidemiological rules. This Resolution sets forth compulsory criteria according to the sanitary-epidemiological rules, in related topics, such as: export, import, preparation, packaging, labeling, storage, hygiene, certification, GMO, food of animal origin, animal health, animal feed, pesticides, sampling methods, AMR, infant food, food additives and food components.
