Resolution No. 43 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the maintenance of infra-farm irrigation and drainage systems under the balance of the former kolkhoz, sovkhoz and other farms”.

The Cabinet of Ministers decrees : 1) To pass the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of State Property, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance and State Amelioration and Irrigation Committee to transfer the infra-farm irrigation and drainage systems under the balance of the former kolkhoz, sovkhoz and other farms to the balance of the State Amelioration and Irrigation Committee under the auspice of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic since March 1, 2000. 2)Assign to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Chairmen of the Agrarian Reform Commissions of the regional (city) executive power to fully inventory the infra-farm irrigation and drainage systems under the balance of the former kolkhoz, sovkhoz and other farms and ensure their transfer to the balance pf the local maintenance organizations of the State Amelioration and Irrigation Committee. 3)Hand over to the Agro Industrial Unit of the Staff Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to supervise over the application of this Resolution.
