Social Insurance Act No. 250-IQ.

This Act lays down provisions on the principles of social insurance; types of social insurance payments; rights and duties of the insurer and insured; control over the calculation and payment of mandatory state social insurance fees; compulsory state social insurance; and voluntary social insurance. The social insurance premium rate is laid down in Article 14, including but not limited to: entrepreneurial activity in rural areas and subsidizing the mandatory state social insurance fee in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
