Abstract
This Standard has been set by the State Committee of Standardization and Certification, with the consent of of the Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents. This standard is authentic translation of the standard set by the Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (OIC/SMIIC 2:2011). The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations. This Standard specifies the rules that the halal certification bodies shall satisfy and the requirements for the execution of halal certification activities.
