Decision adopting the Credit Guarantee Programme for agriculture and food industry.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in accordance with the provisions of the Decree on the manner of financing and management of the Guarantee Fund, here adopts the Credit Guarantee Programme for agriculture and food industry (aimed for trades and companies in the field of agriculture and food industry and agricultural cooperatives). This Credit guarantee programme for agriculture and food industry defines the necessary legislative framework, goals, purpose and duration, beneficiaries, conditions for issuing guarantees, available funds, procedures for issuing guarantees, among monitoring and measuring of effects of such measures of assistance to agriculture and food industry of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to business difficulties caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
