Decision on the adoption of the Methodology for determining the lowest basic price of water services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Decision, in relation to the water management issues and based on the provisions of the Law on the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, here proclaims the adoption of the Methodology for determining the lowest basic price of water services on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Methodology for determining the lowest basic water service price should create the basic preconditions that will enable the elimination of existing recognized deficiencies in the work of utility companies in the segment related to the provision of water services, and further help to ensure access to these services for all citizens in a sustainable manner.
