Decision on the adoption of the Programme for the improvement of water services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the use of announced financial and technical support.

This Decision, in relation to the water management issues (also defined in the Federal Water Law) and based on the provisions of the Law on the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proclaims the adoption of the Programme for the improvement of water services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the use of announced financial and technical support (full text is part of this publication). Bodies and institutions in accordance with their own jurisdictions are obliged to participate and report to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry as regard the implementation of the terms defined by this Programme. The improvement of the water services sector implies the implementation of a series of activities necessary in the construction and improvement of institutions, infrastructure and the creation of conditions for the improved provision of sustainable water services, also for local communities.
