Decision amending the Decision on monitoring of certain substances in live animals and products of animal origin.

This Decision amends certain provisions part of the Decision on monitoring of certain substances in live animals and products of animal origin (originally published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 1/2004).
Changes are as follows: in article 5 (paragraph 4) is amended: “The plan shall be adopted by the Director of the Office for each calendar year."; in article 6 (paragraph 2) is amended: “During the calendar year, the Director of the Office may amend the minimum control requirements set out in Annex III, ensuring that they are more clearly defined and the overall effect of the implementation of the Plan is increased."; in article 29 the words: "Council of Ministers, at the proposal of the Office" shall be replaced by the words: "Director of the Office"; in Annex I (Group A, point 6) is now deleted; in Annex IV, paragraph 3 is amended: “For substances in Group B, controls should be carried out to control the compliance with the maximum levels residues of veterinary medicinal products, as specified in the Regulation on maximum permitted quantities of veterinary medicinal products and pesticides in products of animal origin (published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 6/2009), Regulation on maximum permitted quantities for certain contaminants in food (published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 1/2009) and in the Regulation on quantities of pesticides and other toxic substances, hormones, antibiotics and mycotoxins that may be found in food (published in the Official Gazette of The Social Federative Republic of Yugoslavia 59/1983 and amended in the Gazette 79/1987).
