Decision on criteria for assessing the level of development of local self-government units in the Republika Srpska.

This Decision establishes the criteria and method for assessing the level of development of local self-government units in the Republika Srpska.
The criteria for assessing the level of development of local government units are: total revenue generated by registered business entities in the previous year at the level of local government units per capita; realized budget revenues (tax and non-tax) in the previous year at the level of the local government unit per capita; unemployment rate – percentage share of unemployed persons in the total labor force at the level of the local government unit; population density; the total number of registered vehicles in the area of the local self-government unit in relation to the total number of registered vehicles in the Republika Srpska; the number of students attending primary school in relation to the number of inhabitants at the level of the local government unit; general natural increase rate at the level of the local government unit (difference between the birth rate and the mortality rate); the number of business entities at the level of a local self-government unit in relation to the total number of business entities in the Republika Srpska; value of completed works by type of construction facilities and housing construction at the level of local self-government units in relation to the total value in the Republika Srpska.
