Decision on the development of the Spatial Plan for the Special Purpose Area of the National Park "Sutjeska".

This Decision adopts the guidelines for the development of the Spatial Plan for the Special Purpose Area of the National Park "Sutjeska" (located on the territory of the Republika Srpska). This Plan shall also regulate special zones and regime requirements on the territory within the area of the Plan in accordance with international standards. In the function of implementing the Plan, the Plan holder shall identify: the institutional and legal framework for the global implementation of the Plan (territorially and functionally), the persons who manage the authorized actions and the unit local self-governance, development policy system - management of land, other resources and construction, the possibilities of synchronization of development and construction.
