Decree amending the Decree on special environmental fees that shall be paid during the registration of motor vehicles.

This Decree amends certain contents of the Decree on special environmental fees that shall be paid during the registration of motor vehicles (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 14/2011).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 8 (the fee shall be calculated and paid once a year during the vehicle registration procedure and it shall be paid into the account of the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina; this fee will be distributed in such a way that 30% remains to the Fund for environmental protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 70% shall be distributed to cantonal or local environmental protection funds).
