Decree on conditions for air quality monitoring.

This Decree establishes the conditions for air quality monitoring on the territory of the Republika Srpska. The conditions for air quality monitoring shall be determined in accordance with the Law on air protection, based on: a) criteria for determining the minimum number of measurement points and sampling locations in the case of fixed measurements and in the case where fixed measurements are supplemented by indicative measurements or modeling procedures, b) methodologies for measuring and assessing air quality (reference measurement methods and criteria for assessing concentrations), c) requirements regarding data used for air quality assessment, d) methods for ensuring the quality of data for air quality assessment in accordance with the requirements of the BAS ISO/IEC 17025 standard and e) the scope and content of information on air quality assessment in accordance with the above mentioned Law.
