Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on environmental protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regulates the establishment of the system for data and information collection about the environment, jurisdiction and manner for effective establishing of the unified environmental protection information system of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This text also sets the terms for development and management of such environmental protection information system, defines the type of data, methods and terms of collection and delivery of necessary data that will be insert into the environmental protection information system, and further defines the method that shall be used for related public informing.
