Decree on the establishment of a national network of measuring stations and measuring points.

This Decree determines the number and arrangement of measuring stations and/or measuring points in a specific zone and agglomeration, the scope, type and frequency of measurements for monitoring air quality at the level of the Republika Srpska. The number and arrangement of measuring stations and/or measuring points in a specific zone and agglomerations, the scope, as well as the type of measurement of the level of pollutants in the air is determined in accordance with the Regulation on the conditions for monitoring air quality. The frequency of measuring the level of pollutants in the air at the level of the Republic is determined according to the type of pollutants: a) for measuring the level of pollutants SO2, NOX, O3, CO, the frequency of measurements in the network of stations is 365 days and b) for measuring the level of pollutants PM10, PM2.5, PAH, BTX, the frequency of measurements in the network of stations is 56 days, or eight weeks evenly distributed over the course of one year, as shown in Table 2 of the Annex to this text.
