Decree on the organization, manner of work and powers of the supervisory service of nature protection.

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on nature protection, prescribes rules regarding the organization, manner of work and powers and duties of nature protection supervisory service (nature wardens), which protects protected natural values, including related physical protection of people and property. A public company or public institution that manages certain protected natural area, is here obliged to establish a special internal organizational unit-Supervisory Service.
