Abstract
This Decree prescribes: a list of hazardous waste for which the import is prohibited; a list of hazardous waste that may be imported; a list of hazardous waste for which the export and transit are permitted; a list of non-hazardous waste for which the import, export and transit are permitted; a list of non-hazardous waste for which a permit shall not be issued, with documentation accompanying the transboundary movement; the content and layout of the Instructions for completing the Notification on Transboundary Movement of Waste; the content and layout of the Instructions for completing the Document on Transboundary Movement of Waste. Complete set of above mentioned lists is given in the Annex of this text.
