Abstract
This Law regulates the definitions and general terms, management, protection, and concrete use provisions for the agricultural land present on the on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The rules provided by this Law are further defining the powers and duties of the local government and institutions, municipalities, other legal entities and citizens in terms of protection, use and management of agricultural land (fields, gardens, orchards, vineyards, meadows, pastures, ponds, swamps and other).
This Law is divided into VII Chapters and 49 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
