Law amending and supplementing the Law on the chamber of agriculture engineers (Republic of Srpska).

This Law amends and adds certain provisions to the Law on the chamber of agriculture engineers (Republic of Srpska, originally published in the Official Gazette 59/2009). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 and 4 (membership rules), article 5 (activities of the Chamber), article 7 (issuance, renewal and revocation of license), article 29 and 30 (offences and related penalties). This amending text further adds a new article (33a) which indicates updated ministerial duties in terms of legislation that shall be adopted in future (Regulation on professional affairs which are performed by agricultural engineers).
