Abstract
This Law adds certain new provisions to the Law on agricultural land (Official Gazette 93/2006).
The new provisions are regarding certain specific production activities, construction of new production facilities with approved planned spatial plans and other planning documents (facilities shall mean facilities for the production, purchase, processing, refining and drying of agricultural products, as well as storage facilities).
