Abstract
This Law amends various provisions prescribed by the Law on agricultural land (Official Gazette 93/2006 and 86/2007).
Major changes are regarding the concrete cadastre rules and land parceling issues, administrative conditions and rules defining the authorization for the use of certain land, agricultural inspectors and their tasks and responsibilities, and offences and penalties.
