Law amending the Law on agricultural land (Republic of Srpska).

This Law amends and adds several provisions to the Law on agricultural land (Republic of Srpska, originally published in the Official Gazette 93/2006, and already amended in Gazettes 86/2007, 14/2010 and 5/2011). Changes are regarding main scopes and general terms and definitions, land use procedures, record keeping on agricultural land, protection of agricultural land, land control (also fertilizer and pest control products), different-use prohibitions, public administration issues and procedural matters, inspection and offences and penalties.
