Abstract
This Law amends several articles provided by the Law on air protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 124/2011).
Major changes are related to the some general terms and definitions (article 3); issues on large combustion plants covered by the Pollutant Emission Reduction Plans; data collection and data reporting provisions; environmental pollution compensation and related provisions; offences and penalties.
