Abstract
This Law cancels important provisions part of the Law on concessions of the Tuzla Canton (Official Gazette 50/2004, 7/2005 and 6/2011).
Provisions regarding the concessions grating the use of wind power for commercial purposes, and use of solar energy for commercial purposes (article 3, points 16 and 17) are cancelled.
