Abstract
This Law amends and cancels several provisions part of the Law on the conditions and manner for carrying out the wood cutting activities (Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 27/1997).
Major changes are related to the: general terms and denominations; technical and administrative provisions (sawmill); and other administrative issues regarding specific timber activities (cutting and processing woods).
This Law further cancels the provisions of article 16 and 17 (related to certain penalty provisions).
