Abstract
This Law amends certain rules laid down by the Law on veterinary-medicinal products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 71/2012).
Significant changes are related to the introduction of the voice “medicinal herbs, or medicinal premixes which regulate the rules on medicinal feed” (see article 3 of the original text); good practice in the marketing/trade with veterinary-medicinal products and its quality assurance system; provisions on small-scale commerce and distributions; provisions regarding the entities authorized for the wholesale of such products; obligation of veterinarians in terms of data/records to keep; and other minor amendments.
