Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions stipulated by the Law on waste management (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 111/2013).
Major changes are related to the definition of packaging waste; terms for correct management of packaging and packaging waste; specific calculation provisions related to fee obligations for packaging waste (also rules determining the coefficient of reuse and recycling).
