Abstract
This Law amends various provisions part of the Law on waste management (Official Gazette of the Republic of Republic of Srpska 111/2013 and 106/2015).
Major changes are related to the necessary contents of the state waste management and waste prevention programmes, policies and planning documents (article 18); and several packaging waste issues (article 63), including some recycle and reuse minimum quotas.
The amended parts of the Annex are also part of this text.
