Abstract
The Law amends certain provisions part of the Water Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 50/2006 and 92/2009).
Significant changes are related to the amended definition of the public institution now called 'Vode Srpske' that is here defined as public institution that manages water, public water supply, water and hydro-technical facilities and systems, rivers, streams, lakes (on the territory of Republika Srpska in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other relevant Regulations); provisions regarding the characterization/classification of types of water structures and bodies.
