Abstract
This Law regulates all important issues related to the change of use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes on the territory of the Tuzla Canton, part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Law further defines the procedures for issuing agricultural consent to change the use of agricultural land, and obligations regarding the record keeping and data collecting.
The Law is divided into V Chapters and 30 articles, including offences and related penalties.
