Abstract
This Law regulates the conditions, the performance of craft activities (turnover-joint activities), registration, joint execution and termination of crafts and related activities, education and training for the performance of craft and related activities, the organization of craftsmen and persons performing the supervision.
Crafts, as defined by this Law, is an independent and permanent pursuit of the registered business activities in the basic, supplementary or additional interest of private individuals with the aim of achieving profit through production, trade or the provision of services in the market. Related activities include the agricultural activities as also defined by the article 3 of the Law on Agriculture (Official Gazette of BiH", no. 88/2007).
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 122 articles, including offences and related penalties.
