Abstract
This Law prescribes all necessary conditions and manner of performing craft activities (joint-turnover activities) on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), except for activities that are regulated by a separate Law.
Craft is an independent and permanent performance of allowed and registered business activities by craftsmen in purpose of achieving profit through production, trade or services on the market by using cooperation, joint and turnover principles.
This Law also defines the crafts of special importance are crafts that need to preserve traditional arts and crafts.
The Law is divided into X Chapters and 65 articles, including offences and related penalties.
