Abstract
This Law regulates the procedure related to the application of deadlines in all court proceedings in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to the declaration of a state of accident. Deadlines for urgent civil proceedings are regulated in article 2. For deadlines of urgent criminal and misdemeanor proceedings see article 3.
