Law on mitigation of negative economic consequences (Bosnian-Podrinje Canton of Goražde).

This Law determines the sources of funds and the manner of their use for the purpose of mitigation of consequences caused by the declaration of the state of the accident in the area of Bosnian-Podrinje Canton of Goražde. Beneficiaries of the subsidy in terms of this Law are: legal entities, companies, except public companies, banks and other financial organizations, associations, public institutions, administrative bodies, bodies and units of local self-government, and natural persons who independently perform a registered business activity. The state of accident in the sense of this Law is the time period of the state of accident caused by the appearance of coronavirus (COVlD-19) in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
