Law on protection of the Modrac water accumulation (Tuzla Canton).

This Law regulates the necessary methods and requirements for the protection of the (water) accumulation officially named "Modrac" in order to define the priorities, mandatory measures (protection of coasts and water accumulation, protection of catchment areas, and protection of basin reservoirs), further determining the effective grade of pollution and other harmful effects, as well as organization, monitoring and inspection provisions, planning and implementation of water protection measures, and funding issues necessary for the protection of water reservoirs and catchment reservoirs part of the strategically important water accumulation Modrac, present on the territory of the Tuzla Canton, part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Law is divide into X Chapters and 26 articles, including offences and penalties.
