Abstract
This Law regulates the protection of new varieties of plants present on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, also defining the procedures, breeder's rights and obligations, competent bodies and institutions, conditions for their recognition and classification, administrative issues, methods and additional practices for the mandatory protection of new plant varieties.
The Law is divided into XIV Chapters and 59 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
