Abstract
This Law regulates the protection of persons who report corruption, the procedure governing these reports of corruption, obligations of responsible persons and of designated competent authorities in connection with reporting of corruption and protecting of persons who report corruption and other issues relevant to persons who report corruption. The aim of this Law is to combat corruption and provide an effective mechanism that shall protect the rights of persons who report corruption in good faith, from any form infringement or violation of their rights.
The text is divided into five main parts, as follows: Chapter I. Basic provisions; Chapter II. Report corruption; Chapter III. Protection of corruption reporters; Chapter IV. Penal provisions and supervision; Chapter V. Transitional and final provisions.
