Law on seeds and planting material of agricultural crops.

This Law regulates the production, trading and import of agricultural seeds, data collection and registration issues, inspection and competent bodies matters, seedlings, mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms, seedlings and other issues of importance for the implementation of the integrated system of agricultural seeds production and seedlings necessary for the production of agricultural crops on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Law is divided into VII Chapters and 82 articles, including offences and related penalties.
