Law on trade in explosive substances, flammable liquids and gases.

This Law regulates the production, trade, use and storage of explosive substances and flammable liquids and gases, as well as other issues related to explosive substances, flammable liquids and gases. In order to protect life, health and safety of people, material goods and environment, legal entities, administrative bodies and administrative organizations and natural persons who come into contact with explosive substances, flammable liquids and gases are obliged to take safety measures and actions prescribed by this Law and related by-laws or regulations adopted on the basis of this text.
The text is divided into eight thematic Chapters as follows: I - General provisions, II - Common provisions, III - Competence in conducting activities related to explosives, flammable liquids and gases, IV - Explosive substances, V - Flammable liquids and gases, VI - Records and reporting, VII - Penal provisions, VIII - Transitional and final provisions. Compliance of rules here provided with European legislation is indicated at the end of the text (Section IV of the final part “Explanatory Statements”).
