Abstract
This Law defines the following practices on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina: special geographical origin preservation practices for grapes, wine and other grape and wine products; production, transport and processing of noble grapes for wine production purposes; production and trade of must and wine and other grape and wine derivations; tasks of the authorized institutions; record and data collection (vineyard cadastre); various other relevant issues aimed to offer a uniform system in connection with the production and trade of grapes, wine and other grape and wine products.
The Law is divided into XII Chapters and 95 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
